What you will do:

• Consulting with product groups, districts and dealers to develop and implement customer solutions designed to maximize product value and pricing for GET (ground engaging tool) and UC products (undercarriage);
• Designing corrective business plans for shortfalls and capitalizing on identified incremental sales opportunities;
• Resolving issues related to the products and overall commercial performance in the territory; overseeing market trends, demand fluctuations and basic customer requirements;
• Developing new prospects, establishing customers and finding opportunities to introduce an organization's products and services.

What you will have:

• Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs. 

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Pre-Advanced english.

Top candidates will also have:

• Knowledge of GET (ground engaging tool) and UC products (undercarriage);
• Spanish language proficiency.
