We are looking for a motivated Drilling Technician to join our fast-paced Development Operations team! You will have the exciting opportunity to be part of an active engineering and operations team responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of operations related to drilling activities. - Shift schedule: 5 x 2 - Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day

Key Accountabilities:
- Perform and manage regulatory, cost and general reporting for the drilling department
- Perform regulatory submissions across all provinces within Canadian Natural operations, with strong focus on well licensing
- Manage the partner reporting process within the development operations group
- Support engineering and operations teams with data acquisition and management
- Aid in the review of well records, lookbacks as well as provide support with ongoing operations
- Acquire hands-on experience with software programs including Wellview, Accumap and Tableau
What you Bring to the Role:
- 3+ years of completions/drilling experience in the oil and gas industry
- Technical degree or diploma or equivalent is an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Familiarity with and understanding of safety standards, well licensing process, regulatory requirements and environmental regulations
