- Shift schedule: 5 x 2 – Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day

Key Accountabilities:
- Lead Development: Create process maps, procedures, training materials, and project management documents to align with best practices.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expertise as a subject matter expert on key processes focusing on effective inventory management, procurement, materials management, and transportation.
- Develop Requirements: Create business and functional requirements for system enhancements to existing applications and/or system integrations as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to manage the prioritization of the systems and innovation roadmap; lead technology discovery and assessment efforts to advance our understanding of new systems and technology solutions.
- Drive Change: Own and deliver change management plans for initiatives and systems or existing system enhancements. Apply continuous improvement methods to enhance process performance.
- Analytics Partnership: Partner with Analytics team members to develop reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of opportunity for process improvement.
What you Bring to the Role:
- Experience: 8+ years in supply management or systems support, with a university degree or related education.
- Supply Chain Knowledge: Proficient in end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory management, master data, warehousing, logistics, procurement, contracting, and invoicing.
- Technical Skills: Exposure to technology and tools in the Supply Chain context (i.e. Source-to-pay tools (i.e. Ivalua, etc), Asset management systems (i.e. Maximo), Logistics and distribution tools (i.e. 3GTMS)
- Team Player: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, thriving in a collaborative environment. Strong ability to create and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
- Project Management: Proven experience with project management methodologies and delivering change initiatives.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in SCMP, CSCP, CPIM, Lean, or Six Sigma.
