Maintenance Technician - Full Time Contracted

POSITION SUMMARY

Maintenance  £13.00 per hour.

 The impact you’ll make 

First impressions are everything. And you’ll set the tone for every guest’s stay. When a guest walks into our Hotel– imagine that first look around they take, followed by that sigh of relief because they’ve arrived to their home away from home, be it for a night or a week, and it’s perfect. Everything is working just the way it should.  

 What you’ll do 

• You will be responsible for carrying out any repair or rectifying any maintenance issues throughout the hotel as and when they arise 
• You will respond to and attend to guest repair requests 
• You will perform preventative maintenance on tools, kitchen and mechanical equipment 
• You will be an excellent communicator and build excellent relationships with departments across the hotel 
• Report on any new or developing engineering works that need to be addressed to the Engineering Manager 
• Assist with maintaining the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the hotel including physical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing etc 
• Assist with energy saving and green initiatives within the hotel  
• Assist with inventory organisation and ordering

• A plumbing or electrical qualification is an advantage but not compulsory
